- At Diosa, we offer an exchange in case of any manufacturing defects.
- In case the jewellery received by you has a manufacturing defect, we advise you to notify our customer care team on (+91) 98210 71963 or send us an email on customercare@diosajewels.com within 2 days from the time you receive the shipment and our team will be delighted to assist you.
- Life Time Exchange is a policy where you can exchange or upgrade your jewellery/ solitaires anytime with us.
- We are proud to offer 70% Lifetime Exchange on all purchases. a Lifetime Exchange is a policy where you can exchange or upgrade your jewellery anytime with us.
- For e.g.; if you have purchased a Diosa piece for INR 20,000 and would like to exchange it, we will deduct only 30% of the value of your purchase ie 30% of 20,000 which is INR 6,000 and you have the balance 70% ie: INR 14,000 to purchase another piece. You can either make the purchase at the time of exchange or at a later date in which case your Diosa account will be credited with Diosa credits of 70% of the invoiced value of the jewellery being exchanged. In case if you purchase an item of lesser vale than the balance will be added to your Diosa accont as credits.
